In a few sessions, the tattoo is completely gone. Tatt2Away is a cross between dermabrasion and a chemical peel. It works similar to the tattoo process but in reverse. The tattooed areas of your skin are lightly abraded with a special hand piece similar to the one used in you original tatoo session. Tatt2Away then uses a proprietary fluid to bring the tatoo pigment to the surface in the form of a scam. Once the scab falls off - there's no more pigment and the underlying skin is clear. It's colour blind which means it removes all colours and it's a lot less paingful than getting the tattoo itself. The average size tatoorequires about 3-4 sessions to remove

The only other process that is widely used for tatoo removal is laser tatoo removal. Laser requires on average 10 sessions but can require up to 20 sessions. Each session is painful, expensive and the tatoo may not be compoletely gone; you could be left with scar tissue, pigmentation or a faded tattoo. Some colours, greens and yellows for example, can be extremely difficult to remove with laser.
